Free online Meditation Course
Big Hello! We will be conducting an online meditation course starting 18th of March, 2023 in Nepali language and we invite people of all ages to join this free event. It is a weekly meditation course where each session will be conducted in Zoom and will last 30 - 45 mins. Program starts at 6:00 PM Pacific Time / 7:00 Mountain Time / 9:00 Eastern Time . Registration for the course will be open throughout the course and you can join in at anytime as long as you register.

We are a group of meditation practitioners and volunteers practicing and teaching meditation to people who are looking to manage stress and overall, seeking a balanced and peaceful state of mind. This meditation is being practiced in over 100 countries all around the world and is a well established meditation technique which silences the mind and brings about mental calmness and overall balance in life. The goal of the meditation is to reach the state of thoughtless awareness which clears negative thoughts and brings balance. It is totally free of charge and is a volunteer run movement. It is very easy to learn and within a few weeks anyone can independently practise at home without assistance!
